Yes, Payments are able in more than 25 currencies as of August 2026.

Log into your Member Area, click Account, then Payment. Select your saved payment method to edit it, or click Add new payment method to save a new card. Your next payment will automatically use the updated card.

PRO Institutional adds a direct line to the editor for press coordination and image permissions, referral analytics on the traffic we send you, and — for auction houses and dealers — consideration for coverage of individual lots and works thats worth it.

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after subscribing, during which you can cancel for a full refund. After that period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the current billing period isn't refunded — you'll retain access until it ends. Institutional accounts paying by invoice can arrange cancellation directly by contacting our PRO support.

Memberships can be changed or canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes — log into your Member Area, click Account, and update your email address there. You'll receive a confirmation email at the new address; click the link to complete the change.

Log into your Member Area, click Account, then Orders. You'll see a list of your past payments — click any order to view or print the corresponding receipt. Institutional accounts paying by invoice can request copies directly from the PRO support.
