> Independent digital magazine dedicated to Italian gold-ground panels from c. 1250–1430 (late Duecento, Trecento, early Quattrocento). It brings together news, exhibitions, museum holdings, artist profiles, publications and reference resources on *fondo oro* in one place.
 
Fondo Oro Magazine is published continuously — it has no issues and no print edition. Its readership consists of collectors, dealers, curators, public and private institutions, and enthusiasts of gold-ground painting. It is not a peer-reviewed academic journal.
